Remote Career Hub provides:
Group workshops for individuals (e.g., Remote Essentials Workshop, Advanced Remote Lab).
1:1 coaching and mentorship (hourly or in bundles).
Organisational support for internal teams (remote/hybrid training and advisory).
NGO and government partner programs (remote readiness cohorts and related services).
Digital resources, templates, guides, and learning materials.
Access to alumni or partner community spaces (e.g., WhatsApp/Slack).
Our services are designed to build skills and readiness for international remote work, but we do not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific career outcomes.

3. Registration, Packages, and Payment

Your registration or booking is confirmed once full payment (or agreed deposit) is received.
You will receive confirmation with details for workshops, coaching sessions, or organisational engagements.
Registrations and bookings are not transferable without our written consent.
Indicative Pricing for Individuals:
Group workshops (e.g., Remote Essentials): from K300 per person (4-hour session).
Advanced Remote Lab: around K500 per person (4-hour session).
1:1 coaching: guide rate of around K200 per hour, with 5-hour (K1,000) and 10-hour (K2,000) bundles.
Current pricing is shown on our website or in proposals and may change with notice.
Payment Terms:
Individuals: payment is required before attending a workshop or coaching session unless indicated.
Organisational / NGO clients: payment terms (e.g., deposits, instalments) are defined in the specific proposal or agreement.
We accept common local payment methods (e.g., mobile money, bank transfers).
All fees are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW), unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individuals – Workshops:
Cancellations 7+ days before the workshop: full refund minus a small administrative fee.
Cancellations 3–6 days before the workshop: partial refund or transfer to a future date, at our discretion.
Cancellations less than 3 days before, or no-shows: no refund.
Individuals – Coaching Bundles:
Coaching bundles are generally non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice (see section 5).
Organisations / NGOs:
Cancellation and refund terms are defined in the signed agreement or proposal and will supersede this general policy.

If we cancel a workshop or session, we will offer a new date or a refund of fees already paid for that specific service.

You may request to move your booking to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Late rescheduling requests may be declined or incur an administrative fee.
Coaching Sessions:
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used.
Organisational / NGO Programs:
Rescheduling and changes are handled according to the project agreement and mutually agreed timelines.

Some organisational or NGO programs may be delivered in person or in a blended format, as agreed in advance.
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and environment to participate.
We reserve the right to remove participants who are disruptive or violate guidelines; such removal does not entitle you to a refund.
Some sessions may be recorded for participants’ learning or internal quality review. We will inform you when recording is taking place, and recordings are not to be shared publicly without our consent.

No Employment Guarantees: Remote Career Hub provides training and resources but does not guarantee job placements, interviews, employment outcomes, or specific salary levels. Your success depends on multiple factors including individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions.

We are not responsible for technical issues (internet outages, platform failures) that prevent workshop access
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific or package in question
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet failures, government restrictions, etc.)
